Rukmangad Katwal, Chief of Nepal Army was sacked by Government

Finally, the chief of Army Rukmangad Katwal has been sacked by Nepal Government today. There were only the ministers from Maoist. But the main opposition party Nepali Congress has started protest against the government decision.

Government had asked him justification on his action against government. But, two weeks later government has sacked Katwal. After the sacked it seems the political scenario is going to upheaval. Nepali Congress started protest against the government decision through his student union.
The senior leaders of CPN (UML) is staying meeting for their decision, an the main opposition party Nepali Congress is going to organize a meeting within 18 political parties. This debate is going to rise in CA meeting today.
As some analyst has said the issue of
Katwal sack is not huge political debatable issue. Government can ask justification to employ. But, in this case it's being a great political case. In my opinion, Katwal should be sack, because of these cases.
The chief of army is not a supreme body of the state. And he is not the people elected arm chief. So, the people elected government have the right to sack him.
Army force is not the political body. They shouldn't do politics, in the context of Nepal; Katwal had been given political speech against the peace treaty and assimilation of Maoist army in national army.
The army of Nepal is not being the power of Nepali people. We knew that Army had help to takeover the people elected prime minister BP Koirala in 2016, they denied the order of PM Girija Prasad Koirala in 2058, when he had ordered to go fight against Maoist, Katwal is accused on the people movement as Rayamajhi Commission.
As the army chief Rukmangad Katwal deny the order of people elected prime minister and defiance minister that is against of Nepali people.
As come out some information he has planned to do 'Cue' in Nepal, that is political agenda, so that is political step. The desire of Nepali people is Republican and Federal Nepal, Peace and independent Nepal. That only can come from the way peace treaty and new constitution. But he is trying to be a bar of the way trying to be a supreme of state after 'Cue'.
Many foreigners, specially the Indian Ambassador Rakesh Sud started to interfere on the case of Katwal sack. This is against of Nepali nationality and sovereignty. This is internal thing of Nepal. It shows that some political parties are trying to make government national slander on the interest of India. Nepali people can't accept this.
Likewise, there are many features to sack Katwal.
